The proposal of physical-geographical microregions delimitation for Cassubian Lakeland in the light of contemporary study sources and methods<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Zarys tre\u015bci:<\/strong> Artyku\u0142, na tle dotychczasowych licznych do\u015bwiadcze\u0144 dotycz\u0105cych delimitacji Pojezierza Kaszubskiego i jego podzia\u0142u na mikroregiony fizycznogeograficzne, przedstawia autorsk\u0105 propozycj\u0119 takiego podzia\u0142u. W trakcie wydzielania region\u00f3w przyj\u0119to kryteria zwi\u0105zane z rze\u017ab\u0105 terenu (wysoko\u015b\u0107 n.p.m., spadki terenu i wska\u017anik wilgotno\u015bci terenu) oraz pod\u0142o\u017cem geologicznym w aspekcie litologii powierzchniowych utwor\u00f3w geologicznych (rodzaje gleb). Wydzielono 78 region\u00f3w lito- i hydrogenicznych (w tym dolinnych i rynnowych), kt\u00f3re zosta\u0142y scharakteryzowane z zastosowaniem wybranych metryk dotycz\u0105cych ich formy i rze\u017aby. Por\u00f3wnania rezultat\u00f3w delimitacji z wcze\u015bniejszymi jej propozycjami, wskazuje, \u017ce na najni\u017cszych poziomach regionalizacji
fizycznogeograficznej wydzielane powinny by\u0107 co najmniej dwa poziomy region\u00f3w, opr\u00f3cz mikro-, r\u00f3wnie\u017c nanoregiony, kt\u00f3rym bardziej odpowiadaj\u0105 przedstawione w opracowaniu jednostki.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Abstract:<\/strong> The paper presents the author\u2019s proposition of Cassubian Lakeland natural border and its division on physical-geographical microregions on the background of previous experiences. Two main groups of natural component features: relief (elevation a.s.l., slopes and topographic wetness index) and geological formations according to lithology of shallow subsurface geological sediments were adopted to regions delimitation.
78 litho- and hydrogenic (including valleys and glacial channels) regions were delimitated and described with application of chosen metrics concerning their shape and relief. The comparison of study results with former propositions of Cassubian Lakeland microregionalisation proved the necessity of two regions levels delimitation on the lowest levels of physical-geographical regionalization. The nanoregions \u2013 better correspond with study results \u2013 should be delimitated next to microregions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
