G\u0142\u00f3wnym polem badawczym s\u0105 sp\u00f3\u0142ki mi\u0119dzygminne \u2013 formy wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy wprawdzie silnie zinstytucjonalizowane, a jednak cz\u0119sto pomijane w studiach nad tym tematem. Por\u00f3wnujemy dzia\u0142alno\u015b\u0107 sp\u00f3\u0142ek mi\u0119dzygminnych z innymi formami wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy w Polsce, zak\u0142adaj\u0105c \u017ce cechuje je specyfika przejawiaj\u0105ca si\u0119 w: (i) podejmowanych dzia\u0142aniach (dzia\u0142alno\u015b\u0107 sp\u00f3\u0142ek komunalnych dotyczy \u015bwiadczenia przez samorz\u0105dy us\u0142ug o charakterze d\u00f3br prywatnych, za kt\u00f3re pobiera si\u0119 odp\u0142atno\u015b\u0107 od u\u017cytkownik\u00f3w i cz\u0119\u015bciej nastawione s\u0105 na bie\u017c\u0105ce wykonywanie zada\u0144, ni\u017c na inwestycje infrastrukturalne) oraz (ii) we wt\u00f3rnym charakterze sp\u00f3\u0142ek wobec innych form wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy mi\u0119dzygminnej.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>S\u0142owa kluczowe: <\/strong>wsp\u00f3\u0142praca mi\u0119dzygminna, sp\u00f3\u0142ki mi\u0119dzygminne, zwi\u0105zki mi\u0119dzygminne, dostarczanie us\u0142ug publicznych, Polska<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Abstract: <\/strong>The article focuses on differences between various legal forms of inter-municipal cooperation (IMC) in Poland. In particular, it looks at inter-municipal companies, as a highly institutionalised form often neglected in the studies on IMC. Analysing their structure, we try to define the main composition-types of those units. We also analysis the role of inter-municipal companies in the service provision, comparing it to the role played by other forms of IMC. Our hypothesis behind these studies is that intermunicipal companies operate in different fields and with different aims than inter-municipal unions \u2013 they are focused on current service provision (especially those of a private good character) rather than on investments and absorption of the external funding \u2013 and that the companies are often derivatives of other forms of IMC.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Key words: <\/strong> inter-municipal cooperation, inter-municipal companies, inter-municipal unions, public service delivery, Poland<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Zalecany spos\u00f3b cytowania\/ Cite as:<\/strong> Lackowska M., Swianiewicz P., Picej A., 2019, Komercjalizacja wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy mi\u0119dzygminnej?
