G\u0142\u00f3wny problem badawczy stanowi ocena relacji mi\u0119dzy procesem uspo\u0142ecznienia tworzenia dokumentu a jego ostatecznym kszta\u0142tem. Przeprowadzona analiza wykaza\u0142a, \u017ce w\u0142adze lokalne uspo\u0142eczniaj\u0105 proces tworzenia strategii, ale zakres stosowanych metod anga\u017cowania mieszka\u0144c\u00f3w jest zr\u00f3\u017cnicowany. Analiza wybranych studi\u00f3w przypadku pokaza\u0142a r\u00f3wnie\u017c, \u017ce dokumenty strategiczne, kt\u00f3re by\u0142y przygotowywane w spos\u00f3b uspo\u0142eczniony, nie zmieniaj\u0105 znacz\u0105co swojego charakteru w wyniku ostatecznych konsultacji spo\u0142ecznych.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S\u0142owa kluczowe: <\/strong>partycypacja spo\u0142eczna, konsultacje spo\u0142eczne, strategia, mieszka\u0144cy, miasto wojew\u00f3dzkie<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abstract: The article addresses social participation in the creation of city strategies for the capitals of Polish voivodeships. The main research problem is the assessment of the relationship between the document&#8217;s socialization process and its final version. The analysis showed that local authorities socialize the process of creating strategies, but the range of methods used to engage residents is varied.
