W ostatnim dwudziestoleciu pojawi\u0142y si\u0119 pogl\u0105dy, \u017ce na Nizin\u0119 wkroczy\u0142 l\u0105dol\u00f3d stadia\u0142u \u015bwiecia zlodowacenia wis\u0142y. Wed\u0142ug autora niniejszego artyku\u0142u, l\u0105dol\u00f3d ten zaj\u0105\u0142 ca\u0142\u0105 \u015brodkow\u0105 cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 Niziny a\u017c do wy\u017cej wznosz\u0105cych si\u0119 wysoczyzn w okolicach Milejczyc i Kleszczel. Celem artyku\u0142u jest przedstawienie wynik\u00f3w bada\u0144 geologiczno-geomorfologicznych w powi\u0105zaniu z datowaniami osad\u00f3w polodowcowych metod\u0105 TL potwierdzaj\u0105cymi ten pogl\u0105d. W dyskusji nawi\u0105zano do innych pogl\u0105d\u00f3w na wiek i zasi\u0119g ostatniego zlodowacenia w tym regionie.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>S\u0142owa kluczowe:<\/strong> Nizina P\u00f3\u0142nocnopodlaska, granica zlodowacenia wis\u0142y, pogl\u0105dy, przyczyny niezgodno\u015bci<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Abstract: <\/strong>The North Podlasie Lowland is located in a zone of periglacial lowlands, traditionally interpreted as oldglacial landscape. However, in recent decades opinions emerged that this area was covered by an ice sheet during \u015awiecie Stadial of the Vistulian glaciation. According to the author of this article, the Vistulian ice sheet covered the whole central part of the Lowland and reached as far south as highlands of Milejczyce and Kleszczele. The aim of the article is to present results of geological and geomorphological research related to the TL dating of glacial sediments supporting this notion.
